All university students can apply but priority might be given to students who are in their second year or above.

Other than the primary coaching, your CV and Cover Letter will be reviewed by industry professionals. You will receive support for online assessment such as Aptitude Tests and Video Interviews. You will have access to job database, market research reports, and financial news wraps. You will receive professional guidance and tailor-made trainings, from behavioral to technical abilities, and sometimes even computing skills. We are looking for candidates who aspire to break into the Investment Banking and Finance industry. In our screening interviews, we would look at your self-discipline, motivation, and career aspirations.

The younger coaches tend to have a better grasp of how the whole job application works and can offer guidance from a young person's perspective. The more experienced coaches could provide insight into what qualities seniors usually look for in applicants and their interview etiquette.

The actual coaching fee is only contingent upon your accepted internship and job offers during the coaching period. Your success is our success. A contingent success fee structure is to create aligned interests between you and Ace Careers. Therefore, we have high expectations and requirements for the students under Ace Career Program.
